Thirty-four years practising law have allowed us to accumulate the necessary experience and knowledge to offer our clients a solid and efficient service.
Our work, based on the use of Private Law (in the areas of civil, commercial, corporate, insolvency, family protocol and compliance), seeks as its sole objective the use of the rules and jurisprudence for the benefit of our clients' interests, and this from the most absolute independence.
The notions of personal effort and empathy form part of our code of conduct as professionals; we are lawyers because we are passionate about being lawyers.

FAMILY PROTOCOL
Over the last twenty years, several business families from all over Spain have entrusted our firm with the actions that guarantee the succession and maintenance of their companies, organising the generational transfer in an appropriate manner.
Our clients, companies with different levels of turnover and internal structure, have been able to appreciate the practically handcrafted work involved in the preparation of a succession plan, partners' agreement, succession contracts and other documents in which the sustainability of the companies is organised, guaranteed and planned in the face of the always complicated challenge of a generational handover.
We are also proud to have collaborated in the start of the work of the Heres Foundation in Mexico, a pioneer in accompanying family businesses in that country to facilitate their succession and ensure their future.
We are also part of the Nexia Foundation as advisors in multiple implementations of family protocols.
COMPLIANCE
Our experience in business consultancy has led to the participation and development of various Compliance systems.
In them, what is prioritised is the objective of ensuring that the company is not charged in criminal proceedings, without confusing this necessary defence, of a strictly legal nature, with the application of systems or rules that are more specific to the business organisation, but which are alien to corporate criminal law.
Compliance must serve to protect the company, not to organise it.
